Q. How does the order process work?

A. You can browse our design templates to find something which hopefully fits your needs. Alternatively, you can buy a 'custom - your design here' product, if you would like us to design something bespoke for you. Once done, your order moves onto our graphic design department. After a few working days (very often sooner), a member of our creative team will develop a design proposal for you, which we will send for your approval. You can make design changes as necessary, once this is approved your order will move into production.

 

Q. How long does it take?

A. Once the graphic design of your order is approved, your order moves into production. Typically this takes between 2-5 working daysm then your order is dispatched. We offer free delivery to UK and Ireland, with a small extra charge for Europe and Rest of World.

 

Q. I need my order URGENT! What are my options?

A. Place your order to get it into our system, then contact us, and we'll do our best to help. We do offer an exress service for a small extra charge, this will fast track your order, and have it delivered next day to UK and Ireland. 

 

Q. I need to send my logo, or other files. How do I do this?

A. We have a file upload facility on our product page, look for the 'personalisation' dropdown, just above the 'add to cart' button.Click browse to choose your logo from your device.

Alternatively, you can reply to your order acknowledgement email with any images or files attached. This will help us to link your images to the correct order, since we do get a lot of orders! Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
